Can Ear Spy Hack Your Account?

Overpass appreciates people taking time in installing our apps and leaving a review. We love reading your comments and learning about your experiences which can help us with fixing issues and improving our apps.

A certain review caught my attention and made me want to write this article. This reviewer wanted to let us know that he thinks we are hacking his account after installing Ear Spy.

First of all, let me explain why Ear Spy was created.

Ear Spy was created because of Eric Wroolie’s (Owner of Overpass) fascination of spy gadgets and it was inspired by the undercover secret agent movies he watched when he was a kid.  We believe that most of those spy gadgets in the movies can now be accessible and available on your smartphone. So that’s why Ear Spy was created.

I hope this article somehow makes it clear what Ear Spy is all about. It has stayed for long on the App store and now ranking high with over  3 million downloads and almost 300 thousand still installed (as of today on Google Play). Ear Spy abides with the app store’s policies and that made it stay in the app store for long.
