March 1st is considered the Most Positive Day in the World because it’s “World Compliment Day“. It is celebrated to show appreciation to the people you meet and deal every day. You can spread happiness and increase productivity at work by recognising what each coworker has contributed. You can also thank your friends and family for just simply being there for you. The idea is to make everyone feel appreciated and create the most positive day in a year.
By the way, words and gestures are better than gifts in expressing how thankful you are. And remember always to pay compliments, not just every March 1st but every day so you can promote the good feeling of being appreciated which is a basic human need.
