* The SET-UP FEE gives our developer time to learn your code and structure. This fee is waived for any app that was developed by Overpass.
** For BASIC SUPPORT (**), the steps to reproduce the bug must be given to Overpass. If the bug cannot be reproduced, we cannot fix it. For Professional and above, we can troubleshoot to try to reproduce.
*** Our SUPPORT CONTRACTS are for bug fixes and support only. Any new enhancemeents or features will be a new project.
**** Here is a breakdown of different levels of support:
3rd-Line Support: We do not answer user emails or queries. We will only involve developers when a problem can be reproduced and steps given to the developer.
2nd-Line Support: We will not answer user emails or queries but we will deal with a representative of the client.
1st-Line Support: We will setup a dedicated email address and knowedgebase for user queries. We will also provide metrics and reports on inbound support queries we get.
