Tight Five – Comedy Timer

The Short Version
Tight Five doesn’t collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device. We’re not tracking you, selling your data, or sending anything to the cloud. This is your practice stage, and it’s completely private.
What Data the App Stores Locally
Tight Five stores the following information only on your device using a local database (Hive):
- Session history (your practice set times, dates, and durations)
- Timer presets and settings you’ve configured
- App preferences (brightness settings, audio volume, etc.)
This data never leaves your iPhone or iPad. It’s not backed up to our servers because we don’t have servers. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
Microphone Permission
The app requests access to your device’s microphone for a future recording feature that will allow you to record your practice sets. Currently, this feature is not active, and no audio is recorded or transmitted. When the recording feature launches, any recordings will be stored locally on your device only, unless you choose to export them.
What We Don’t Do
We want to be crystal clear about what Tight Five does not do:
- No user accounts or authentication required
- No cloud storage or syncing
- No analytics, tracking pixels, or usage monitoring
- No third-party advertising networks
- No data sharing or selling to anyone, ever
- No collection of personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, etc.)
Third-Party Services
Tight Five does not integrate with any third-party services or SDKs that collect user data. The app runs entirely offline and independently on your device.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how Tight Five handles data (for example, if we add optional cloud backup), we’ll update this policy and notify users through an app update. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect any changes.

Your Rights
Since Tight Five doesn’t collect or store your personal data on external servers, there’s no data for us to access, modify, or delete. You have complete control over your data simply by managing the app on your device. Delete the app, and all local data goes with it.
Tight Five is developed and maintained by Overpass Limited. This privacy policy applies only to the Tight Five mobile application and does not cover any other products or services.
